About the founder

Christian Lupp (born in 1972) is CEO of codedifferent and specialist for innovations in the tension zone of technology, usability and design.

He holds a master’s degree in system-design and also graduated as a technology-and-innovation-manager from the University of Kassel, Germany.

For his user centered design approach in the field of mobile application development, he was honored from the Vodafone-Stiftung für Forschung in 2002. He is author of several publications on mobile application design – like in the American Journal of Business Research or in the German book “Mobile Business” – edited by M. Giordano and J. Hummel.

As a lecturer in the field of mobile application design he worked with postgraduate students at the Zurich University of Art, Switzerland.

As an entrepreneur he’s in mobile business since 2001. Today, as the founder of codedifferent, he is focusing on the strategic creation and development of iPhone apps and web based automation solutions.
